Please report any issues within 72 hours of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we only offer pick up and replace, apology bouquet or discount on future order. We want to ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service, due to the nature of our industry we are not able to provide full refunds on orders, thus we provide the options to make it right.
